This Costa Rica real estate is one of the few truly self sustainable communities in Costa Rica. Finca Las Brisas is in the Nicoya Peninsula on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, two hours south of the Liberia airport and minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The development is 1200 feet above sea level at the base of Mt. Boughey (2500 feet) with spectacular views of the coast line, Rio Frio, and mountains.

Finca Las Brisas is close to a wide variety of beaches along the Pacific Coast. The development has year around access along the entire coast and in the dry season over the mountain to Nosara. As the crow flies we 5 miles to the white water we see from the finca. By car the nearest beaches are 15 to 20 minutes.
maquenco turn off up to the finca

Thirty minutes south of Nicoya, turn up the mountain at Maquenco. Maquenco is about six kilometers before you get to the last petro station in the area before hitting the beaches.
