nature within our 150 acre forest preserve, with a
year round river meandering through it, and numerous
waterfalls, swim holes, and plunge pools to bring
out the little kid in anyone.
Part of the concept that will differ
us from Costa Rica villas Tamarindo is that our
project will truly be a community, in that we will
be connecting with the local villagers in our area
and integrating with their culture as opposed to
gating ourselves in – we might as well all stay in
our own countries if we are going to do that.
Our development will also offer many resources that
will be included with a lot or villa purchase,
including a community center area with commercial
kitchen, infinity pool, rancho, time share villas,
trails, corral, meditation/massage rancho, and of
course at least one tree house Costa Rica style.
