The project is moving along on
schedule extremely well. The project is funded and there is no bank
debt so the project is not at risk in any way.

We have
our master plan (See Building Lots for Sale)

All of our
lots are out of the public registry, that have been
incorporated, we have closed on lots and all remaining lots are
ready for purchase

We have
legal water permits from the municipality

We have
hired our project manager / site manager, and selected our
architects for the student and community centers
-
We have
begun to purchase our construction and community equipment
-
Construction of the community center will begin in January 2009
and we are on schedule
In the next few months we
have several smaller projects underway also noted below.
