We are moving along on schedule extremely well. Our road was completed in January along with improvements to the 4 kilometer public road heading up the mountain to us. We also improved the public road from the school up and over to the road leading to Nosara.

We have water for the development and we are working with sustainable experts in Costa Rica to design the various systems such as power that are critical elements of a sustainable development.

The master survey has been completed and lots will be available for sale when the rainy season stops in November.

In the next few months we have several smaller project underway noted below.

Deppat is the San Jose engineering firm did our Master Plan and are finalizing other related projects. They are a little ahead of schedule at the moment.
