From January 11 – 17, 2007, a group of friends is traveling to Costa Rica to consider a unique concept we have for an alternative to the typical vacation property investment.

We plan to travel  to the Nosara region of Costa Rica - a place that has already captured our hearts and imaginations, and to explore a property on which we will be creating a community.

While we are there, we will get to know each other, enjoy Costa Rica, and we plan to take advantage of a few things the area has to offer, such as:

Horseback riding

A yoga experience at one of the world’s best yoga retreats (Nosara Yoga Institute)

Other possibilities during the trip include surfing at some of the world's best surf sites, exploring ancient ruins or even an ultralight flight at the Flying Crocodile.

Relaxing on pristine beaches

We have already reserved rooms at the Lagarta Lodge and other places in Nosara just minutes from some of the best beaches in Costa Rica, and close to restaurants.

Continental (Houston), American (Miami), US Airways (Charlotte) and Delta (Atlanta) offer non-stop flights to the Liberia airport.
