Finca Las Brisas is a remarkable property for this area of Costa Rica with its rivers, streams, cascading waterfalls and numerous pools for swimming and diving.

We have not been to the source of the Rio Frio or the Rio Naranjalito - the two major rivers traversing the property, but these water sources come right out of the hills above us. Other smaller streams originate on the property.

Unusual for this region of the Nicoya Peninsula, the rivers and stream run year around. The 60ft falls to the left was shot during the dry season. We feel very fortunate to have found this Costa Rica real estate.

The largest swimhole that we have found in the limited area we have explored is over 8' deep year round and just the perfect temperature for cooling off. None of us have been able to reach the bottom of one diving pool.

There are different ways to think of adventure vacations in Costa Rica. Part of our concept is to create an adventure vacation development that is unlike more common time-share, condo or vacation developments.
